I do not know of any nebulizer that would not have to be held at a ninety degree angle other than the Pari Baby. However, you do not have to use the mask, using the elbow you can just aim the mist at your daughters nose and mouth from a couple of inches away. This should still give an adequate treatment while not using the mask. Pari does not recommend using any other compressors with the Pari nebs. They cannot guaranty the same performace using other another brand compressor. If we may be of further assistance, please call, write or fax us.
