 Musclar Arms Question: What do you recommend for a guy w/ muscular arms? My arms are 18.5" in circumference. While at a drug store I couldn't fit my arm into the automated blood pressure cuff. A medical student friend of mine could not take my blood pressure because it would unravel as he filled it with air. I hope this commentary does not seem pretentious. It is merely a realistic question from one of many who enjoys working Another friend has 21" arms and has the same dilemma. Thanks, Bill. Answer: There is an option for people with large arms.
